Location: Car parking charges apply (£25 for the day not included in trip cost or another car park is close by but you will have to drop equipment off and walk back to the start point)

you will need your paddle boarding gear. trainers, buoyancy aid, quick release belt, snacks, sun cream and hydration supplies
