This session was exactly what I was hoping it would be. Tony was fantastic. He was really welcoming and gave very clear instructions to help us get the most out of each exercise and maintain good form. I've rediscovered muscles that have been asleep for a long time and felt like I walked out an two inches taller. Will definitely be going back and would recommend in a heartbeat. Thanks Tony!

Had such a great first reformer Pilates session. There was 2 of us doing a joint session , it felt really focused and supportive.

Tony is an excellent Pilates instructor.  He makes his sessions highly informative and he is very sensitive to abilities and goals. He has a lovely small, calm studio with all the equipment needed.   We would highly recommend booking with him.
