The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex

I don't know why the Quays gets such a bad press so I thought I'd comment
I joined up 3 months ago for a very reasonable £150 per year for all facilities
Ok so the changing rooms/ showers are a bit dated but waters always hot and area clean!!

The big pool is a little cool but for my Lane swimming is great once you're in and swimming it warms up!!

The Staff are friendly and always helpful too

I was a member of the quays for 17 years.  But I agreed too my care Co ordinater having a meeting with them.
The next day not only did Hannah leave.  But I got punished for something I can't control.. they are now sticking up for mental health.  But banned me for the same reason.

Pav well he should never of been a manager.  He stuck up for himself. Said we'd have a meeting but didn't. He banned me for life.

Now I'd like to swim more than anything. Mote than you will know.

But being banned for mental health is not the right thing. Mental is just as bad as physical.  So either stop coming up on my FB.  Stop sending me texts etc. Or write an email saying you are really very happy for me to swim. Either way it doesn't matter.  Because I'm going to see A solicitor.

You banned me for mental health.  Now your promoting it...
