Surf Lisbon - House & School

Very good first private surf lesson for two — an adult and an 11-year-old girl. We learned the basics and even managed to surf a few waves standing up on the board!
Lucas, the instructor, was impeccable: very professional, patient and nice.

It was my second time at Surf Lisbon and my first time staying there during the off season. I came because I wanted to surf some bigger and more consistent waves during the winter time and I was not disappointed!
At first I had mixed feelings, because I was the only one staying at the house during my entire stay. But Nuno was so nice and gave me a private room free of extra charge and told me he would be available via WhatsApp if I needed anything. During the day Leonor and  Rui would be at the front desk and would keep me company which was well appreciated by me.
The surfing was super nice because the group was never larger than 4 people and often it was only Lucas and me which was super fun, because that way we could go outside and surf big green waves together🏄🏼‍♀️
All in all I had a very different but positive experience at the surf house once again and I can’t wait to go back soon.
Thank you so much to the entire team for making the house feel warm and welcoming and for doing two surf sessions each day, regardless of me being the only one staying at the house/taking the class❤️

I had a fantastic weekend taking surfing lessons for the first time at Surf Lisbon, whilst also staying at the lovely House with friends. The instructors are fantastic, Luis was careful and caring whilst motivating us to learn! The house is very cute and clean. Definitely recommended! One suggestion I have, is to add a guitar or two to the communal areas for guests to use, it would add to the fun!

We had the most amazing experience staying with Surf Lisbon! The people are incredibly friendly and surf house itself is very clean and comfortable and in a great location within easy reach of Lisbon centre. The lessons were very personalised and the instructors took their time to make sure everyone was getting the hang of it. We made some great friends and memories here and we will definitely be back in the future! Highly recommend to anyone who is interested in learning to surf

I had a great day on São João beach in da Caparica.
We got picked up by the Hotel Fenix in central Lisboa by our nice  driver and instructor Luca who entertained us in the car. Luca and Rodrigo are both very skilled surfers. They are good instructors with a pleasant, friendly and easygoing personality spiced up with great sense of humour. I can highly recommend Surf Lisbon House&School. Everything went quick and smooth from the initial text regarding booking, payment, pick-up, surf-lesson and drop off. Thank you for a great day and I look forward to see you in march.  Sofia☀️😃
