The event is an ideal introduction for new / novice racers and equally will test the more experienced. It comprises a series of short course fun races, each designed to challenge all ability levels and will include:

●      Tech style courses (with multiple turns around buoys)

●      Sprints – out and back

●      Relays

Participants will be awarded placing points for finishing a race, with a cumulative total to provide an overall event position.

Paddlers will be in 2 categories, with each having a male / female class:

●      Up to 14ft hardboard

●      Up to 14ft inflatable

Safety cover on and off the water will be provided by Llanishen and Cardiff Bay SUP racers.
