Descripción
First 15minutes will be waterside briefing/ coaching, followed by 45 minutes in the water.
Ages 16+
Structured Coach-led sessions to include:
•Dryside warm ups
•Emergency exit and self rescue
•Sighting techniques
•Changing pace
•close proximity swimming
• drafting
•Directional changes
• Turn around buoys
•Race entry and run outs
•run outs for T1 for triathlons
Sessions aimed at
•swimmers transitioning from pool to OW
•gaining skills and confidence in OW
• acclimitizing to OW environments
•tailored training for distance swimmers and triathletes
