Wingfoiling combines the amazing freedom of foiling with wind power, without masts, lines and ropes.

It has obvious similarities to a number of skills from Kiting, Foiling, Sailing, Windsurfing and SUP and can be done on flat, bumpy and wavey water and also can be done inland on previously 'un-kiteable' venues across the UK.

Enjoying the unique freedom this sport allows in Poole Harbour or the perfect waters of Poole Bay off Shore Road, with the additional peace of mind and coaching from a safety boat.

Requisitos

Should be water confident / able to swim 50m unaided
Needs to be able to ride upwind, downwind and accross the wind on a displacement board (e.g. a SUP or windsurf board) and be able to successfully complete tacks and gybes.

Itinerario

Arrive 15mins early, the instructor will be there ready to chat with you through where you're at and what you want to get out of the session. From there you'll be ready to start the lesson!
