Packing a bundle of courses for your kids to try, the Youth Multi Activity Week includes:
White Water Rafting
The White Water Rafting course features a number of twists and turns, as well as a few bigger drops, which are guaranteed to keep the youth on their toes as they navigate the waves.
Great way for your children to put their paddling skills to the test, and definitely something worth ticking off the water sports bucket list!
Sit on Top Kayaking
During this course children will learn river reading and water safety, and will be given the opportunity to develop their moving water paddling skills and techniques. It’s the perfect activity choice for those who want to improve their ability to paddle and control a kayak.
Canoeing
Another fantastic way for children to develop their core paddling skill on moving/open water is the canoeing course. Participants have the opportunity to perfect their paddling technique using our superb paddlesports facilities, including a flat water pool and an Olympic standard white water course.
Our fun and friendly instructors will work with the kinds to improve their canoeing skills and boost their overall confidence on the water.
White Water Hotdogging & Tubing
Another course included in the multi activity week is our Hotdogging. The inflatable, two-man kayaks known as ‘hot dogs’ put the communication skills of the participants to the test while also providing an exciting white water thrill.
Perfect if you want your children to experience a new type of white water challenge, during which they get to tackle challenging sections of white water, obstacles and drops.
Tubing is a great and fun way to go down our world famous, Olympic standard rapids, trying all different inflatable crafts!
Stand Up Paddle Boarding
A combination of canoeing/kayaking and surfing, stand up paddle boarding will have your children a canoe-style paddle to move through the water on an oversized board. SUP has taken the world of water sports by storm and is perfectly adaptable to the mood of the participants, allowing them to determine the effort depending on the type of experience they want!
This course is a fantastic way for the kids to enjoy the flatwater and get some exercise in as they paddleboard around Cardiff Bay.

An exciting off-site activity in the scenic Neath Valley that involves scrambling up and down rivers and streams. We start off gently and teach you all the techniques that you need to make the most of this activity. Before you know it, you'll be navigating steep gorges and jumping into plunge pools.
Air Trail
Taking the children out of the water and onto the high ropes, our Air Trail brings out everyone’s inner monkey, challenging them to brave the steel and timber terrain towering over the White Water course.
