Norfolk Snowsports Club

First time doing this experience, did it for my sons 10th birthday. We had a great time but feel there were a few things that would make it better.

1 - When doing the briefing about the travelator safety, it would be better doing it away from where the previous group will drop there tubes, it got pretty chaotic when the kids from the previous group started to mess and fall about on the tubes at the end of their session while we were trying to listen to instructions for the safe use of the travelator. Maybe along side the wall of it would be better, or even inside as you don't need to see it to understand the lights or emergency stop button.

2 - Once at the top, the guys doing the launching were good but my son has a condition when spinning rapidly isn't good, I appreciate there is always some rotation, but my wife had to get a little firm with the guys as they were kinda pushy when we said no spinning for my son, i understand they're trying to make it enjoyable but it shouldn't take 3-4 times of saying it for them to stop with the questions.

Other than that it was a cool experience, I would say £17.50 each for 40 mins ish of tubing (or 5 runs) a little expensive.

I booked my two girls (14 & 12) onto the two evening intensive course ahead of their first ski trip abroad.   The evenings were very well run, they came away with confidence to attack the slopes on the holiday and I couldn't have rated the experience any better.

The both thoroughly enjoyed it and as a result their subsequent holiday too.

Had a fantastic time tubing here today! Instructors were all really helpful and friendly. My eldest son is Autistic and they were so kind and patient with him. Really great fun and great value too. We will back! Thanks so much Norfolk Snowsports.
