SUP DOG

A firm favourite, Waterborn’s SUPDog, Don those wetsuits and prepair to get wet!

Based on the playground classic, British Bulldog, we use inflatable boards and try and get across the ‘zone’ without getting knocked down to your knees or in the water. It is a non paddle contact sport, purely board – board collisions to try and knock people off balance.

A great way to improve balance and get the heart pumping, why not come down and check it out.

All abilities welcome, but as with all club activities you MUST be able to SUP independently and expect to get knocked in!

£5 per person (Ages 16+) All equipment provided!

*Have friends and family that want to join in but haven’t SUPed before? We specialise in beginner sessions so why not book a session and get up to speed and then join in on one of our club sessions to build confidence.

1. Must be able to swim 25m unassisted (typical length of a swimming pool)
2. Previous SUP Experience required (Must be able to SUP Independently) ideally Ready 2 Ride Qualified

1. Foot ware to get from the changing rooms to the pontoon (flipflops etc)
2. Change of clothes and a towel
3. Suncream
4. Water
