Salcombe Estuary SUP Tour

This is one of our most popular tours and showcases the awe-inspiring scenery of the Kingsbridge to Salcombe estuary. Depending on tide and weather we will launch from our activity centre in Kingsbridge or the picture perfect South Sands beach in Salcombe.

You’ll paddle in the hustle and bustle of Salcombe harbour, glide past some of the most beautiful beaches in Devon, skirt around old wrecks and spot wildlife such as seals, herons, egrets and shoaling fish. You’ll also stop at secluded beaches for a swim and, weather permitting, a stunning beachside café for refreshments.

Ability: Competent to Proficient paddler

Prices include all equipment – board, paddle, buoyancy aid, leash and wetsuit (if required). Cream Tea (Scone with jam and cream) and a choice of tea/coffee/hot chocolate.

Please arrive 15/20 minutes early so we can get you all kitted up.

1. Must be able to swim 25m unassisted (typical length of a swimming pool)
2. Previous SUP Experience required (Must be able to SUP Independently) Ready 2 Ride Qualified or Competent to Proficient paddler

1. Footwear to get from the changing rooms to the water (flipflops etc)
2. Change of clothes and a towel
