Finding Flow

Finding Flow and Finding Focus are Waterborn Hub’s inclusive paddleboarding sessions designed for people with additional needs, impairments, and neurodivergence. Together, they offer a supportive pathway onto the water where participants can build confidence, develop skills, and experience the wellbeing benefits of blue space at their own pace.

Finding Flow focuses on practical paddling skills, confidence, and connection with the water and nature, through gentle, progressive coaching in a calm, welcoming environment. Join us at Waterborn in beautiful Kingsbridge for a journey that’s about more than just paddleboarding – it’s about discovering your rhythm, embracing the moment, and finding joy on the water. Our experienced, patient instructors create an inclusive space where everyone can feel supported and empowered, no matter your ability or experience level. You’ll learn essential paddling techniques tailored to your pace, while soaking in the serene surroundings and fresh air.

This session encourages connection—to the water, to nature, and to a community that celebrates diversity and courage. Whether this is your first time on a board or you’re looking to build on existing skills, Finding Flow offers a nurturing environment where progress and wellbeing go hand in hand. Come ready to explore, relax, and find your flow with us—because at Waterborn, everyone is welcome, and every paddle stroke brings new possibilities.

Ability: Beginner - Advanced

Age: 14+ (Please remember to book a space for your support person or career if they are joining you on the water)

1. Must be able to swim 25m unassisted (typical length of a swimming pool)
