Easy Rider

This one-hour Stand Up Paddleboard session in Kingsbridge focuses on the basics of paddling and is our entry-level SUP lesson.

We’ll get you standing up and paddling on your board and build your confidence on the water without over doing it.

Duration: 1 hour

Ability: Novice

Age: 6+ (under 10’s must be accompanied on the water by a adult)

Prices include all equipment – board, paddle, buoyancy aid, leash and wetsuit (if required).

Please turn up 15/20 minutes early so we can get you kitted up.

1. Must be able to swim 25m unassisted (typical length of a swimming pool)
2. Must be able to go from a kneeling position to standing.

1. Footwear to get from the changing rooms to the water (flipflops etc)
2. Change of clothes and a towel
3. Suncream
4. Water
