Join me for a gentle, soul-nourishing Saturday afternoon by the sea — a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in nature.


We’ll begin with a sea dip to awaken the senses and wash away the week's stress. Whether you're swimming or simply dipping your toes, the ocean offers a powerful, grounding presence.


Afterwards gather for a guided journaling workshop by Natasha from Bhan Wellness, focused on mindfulness, reflection, and intentional rest. No writing experience is necessary. Journal will be provided. Just bring a willingness to pause.


This is a space to exhale. To be still. To rediscover clarity and peace through the simple acts of movement, stillness, and self-expression.
