You must be able to swim unaided.

Swimsuit, swim shoes or old trainers. Wear a wetsuit if you prefer, however, it is not a requirement (there are so many fantastic benefits of exposing your body to cold water!)

Please bring plenty of warm clothes for afterwards, including hat & gloves, even on a warmer day. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE HOW MANY LAYERS YOU WILL NEED!
