MEDITATE - Cave Soundbath Experience

Discover the ultimate relaxation experience with our guided meditation soundbath in a cave, by the sea.

Picture a candlelit cave where the aroma of incense mingles with the fresh sea air; The sound of the sea waves breaking nearby accompanied by the tranquil sounds from the crystal singing bowls. Top of your experience with a peaceful sea swim afterwards (Optional).

🚗Park in the CarPark by Auchmithie village hall

👣Walk down the gravel road towards the harbour, there will be houses on your left. Halfway you will reach stairs, walk down these until you see a giant love sign made from pebbles. Your guide will be waiting here for you

There must be a ratio of 1 parent per 1 child.

Parents are fully responsible for under 18s. Our guides will of course look after you but please make sure you pay extra attention to your child to ensure your child's safety.
