Small Group sessions are perfect if you'd like to improve your general strength and fitness while also meeting new people and feeling a sense of community spirit.
Classes will begin in circle with some breaths to tune into our bodies, set personal intentions for ourselves and a short opportunity to share these thoughts with each other.
Each workout will be fully adaptable to any level of fitness, so don't ever worry that you're not fit enough! Sessions are generally a mix of strength training and high intensity intervals.
The hardest part is signing up and arriving!
At no point will you be judged for your ablilty, level of fitness or general mood on the day. Turn up and do what is right for you.
