Intro to SUP - Swiss Valley

• Practise standing up on your knees or feet in your first lesson
• Get to grips with the SUP board, paddle and balancing technique
• Paddle on the water and explore Swiss Valley

All equipment provided (Boards, BA/PFD, paddle, leash and dry bag).

WE CAN PRETTY MUCH GUARANTEE TO GET YOU Standing Up in YOUR FIRST LESSON, be it on your knees or feet!

Safety and Waiver will be provided.

Bring yourself and prepare to have fun is all you need

Wetsuit (for lessons September-March a full length wetsuit is required - can be provided on request)

Suitable footwear (wetshoes, old trainers you don't mind getting wet)

Clothes to change into after your session

Towel

Bottle of water

Suncream

Your first Intro session will get you to grips with the equipment (SUP Board and paddle) and how these pieces of equipment can open up a truly versatile sport which works on your ‘core’ balancing technique and allows you to explore the Swiss Valley on the water!

We will continue in the water, where your experience will start.

Suitable for beginners and experienced SUP/kayak paddlers who are looking to have fun in the water! + it's super easy!

It's all about Standing up, falling in and having a lot of fun!

Depending on how you want to enjoy the water you may not even get wet!
