Essential health and safety equipment will be provided (goggles 🥽, ear defenders and gloves) but feel free to bring your own, if you already have some you prefer to use.

Appropriate clothing is recommended -

Natural fibers are good' cotton, linen, wool, denim etc - Jeans 👖 and a long sleeve top are perfect.

Artificial cloth such as pure polyester is best avoided, as it's flammable.

Solid leather footwear is also recommended, something that the hem of your trousers overlaps, so hot things cannot fall inside your boot or shoe.

You will learn several forge techniques, and make a decorative fire poker to take home with you!
