Surf Lesson 2:30PM from 25€

A surf lesson at 2:30pm in Costa da Caparica is the perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon. The lesson starts at 20€ per person and can be booked individually, but we do require a minimum of 5 people to run the lesson. The lesson will take place at a beautiful beach in Costa da Caparica, known for its great waves and beautiful surroundings. Our experienced instructors will teach you everything you need to know to get started with surfing, including how to paddle, pop up, and ride the waves. You'll have the chance to practice your skills on the beach and then head out into the water to catch some waves. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced surfer, you'll have a great time and come away with new skills and a deeper appreciation for the sport. Know how to swim

1. The surf lesson begins with a safety drill and etiquette
2. Introduction to basic concepts and techniques of surfing (paddling, popping up, balancing on the board)
3. Instructor demonstrates techniques and provides individual guidance and instruction
4. Group practices techniques on the beach with individual coaching from instructor
5. The group will head to the water to ride waves
6. Instructor introduces more advanced techniques and helps students refine their skills and build confidence in the water.
