Join the residents of Willows Edge Care Home for a FREE fun morning of fun and activities.
Monday 16th February
Meet at Waterside Centre - 9.30
Arrive back at Waterside Centre 12.30
(Walk to and from Willows Edge Care Home with our Youth Workers, Activity session 10.00 – 12.00)

Booking note
Please ensure that young people's names are added via the "Invite participant" link in your booking confirmation at time of booking - Bookings are initially be made in parent/guardian name and then individual participants must be added.
Participation consent and medical information will be required and these forms will be emailed to you directly for completion and return.
These can also be accessed by emailing Kerrie.hiscock@berkshireyouth.co.uk and requesting a "Y23 form".
Please note; all bookings require a minimum of 72hrs notice for cancellations.
