Come & join me for an exhilarating swim in the sea at Rigg Bay, nr Garlieston, followed by a delicious afternoon tea at The Hive. You will explore the waters of Rigg Bay, set against the backdrop of the stunning Galloway House Gardens, and revel in the tranquillity of the unspoiled location, where you can connect with nature and enjoy the serenity of open water swimming. After your invigorating sea dip, indulge in a sumptuous afternoon tea at The Hive. Savour a delightful selection of sandwiches, cakes, and freshly brewed tea, all while relishing the cosy atmosphere, giving you time to chat and share your experience together with like minded folk. Price includes the cost of your afternoon tea @£20 pp.

You must be able to swim

• swimsuit, swim shoes or old trainers, swim gloves if available. Warm hat. (I recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothes for ease of changing when you arrive) Wear a wetsuit if you prefer, however, it is not a requirement (there are so many fantastic benefits of exposing your body to cold water!)

• Please bring plenty of warm clothes for afterwards, including a dry hat & gloves, even on a warmer day.

A short walk to the swim spot. Swim. Followed by walk back to The Hive for afternoon tea.
