Hello and welcome! My name is Holly, I am a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher accredited with Yoga Alliance. My yoga journey began a mere eleven-plus years ago and it has become my cornerstone in navigating the everyday, finding pockets of stillness and refilling that energy cup.
