These sessions are 30 minutes and include a safety briefing on the beach beforehand as well as giving useful tips to help you enjoy your swim to the fullest. As well as sharing our open water passion with you, these sessions will give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to continue with your own open water journey. Please leave enough time to do your own warm-up/ cool down before and after your session.

From May 2024 all sessions will be held at Felpham.
