Surf Fit Pilates

We just had our first session with Tony and we really enjoyed it. If we lived local, we would definitely come back for more. He was really easy-going and we talked us through the moves. And make sure it was intense for our ability and we got something out of it. Thank you, Tony you are amazing!

I am new to reformer Pilates but I am absolutely enjoying my training sessions with Tony.  He explains everything that we are doing, the intended effect on the isolated muscle groups, and how it will support my overall fitness and other activities.  He has a wonderful approach - very professional, conscientious, patient, supportive and good humoured - and always takes into account my level of fitness, past injuries and future goals.  After only 4 sessions I am already experiencing the positive effects to my fitness, especially my improved flexibility and strength when playing tennis and golf!
