My husband and I had an amazing duo class with Tony, and we couldn’t be happier! It wasn't just a great workout, Tony shared so much knowledge and helped us develop a real sense of body awareness that is essential for everyday. The vibe was incredible throughout the session. We definitely recommend his classes to anyone looking to improve their strength and technique. We will definitely be booking more! =)

After sustaining a debilitating injury (rupturing my achilles) I was very nervous about returning to exercise but Tony has slowly and steadily helped me regain not only strength but confidence in my body and mind. Every session is beautifully tailored and Tony always explains how each move is targeting different muscles and ligaments. A year on from my injury and I've never felt stronger and that's down to Tony. Forever grateful. Caitlin

Been to Tony’s for one on one Pilates and he is very good at making you feel comfortable and explaining each move and what that does to your body. I would definitely recommend him even and give it a go if you have never done it before.
