Paddleboard hire - Big Avon Paddle

Welcome to Bath's ONLY BSUPA (British Stand Up Paddle Association) recognised paddleboarding school.

We are really pleased to offer you the opportunity to hire a paddleboard for the full duration of the the 2025 Big Avon Paddle. For just £30 per person including buoyancy aids, you can explore this beautiful, unspoilt, stretch of the River Avon while raising much needed funds for Keynsham & District Mencap Society.

​Please note that river safety guidance and rules are on display on site, plus a member of staff will give you a full safety briefing prior to you commencing your adventure.​

As this is a self guided session, previous paddle experience is required.

You will be provided with a buoyancy aid that MUST be worn at all times throughout your session and it is not to be removed while on the water.

Always remember to Paddle on the RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE RIVER and to respect other river users at all times.

YOU WILL NEED A FULLY FUNCTIONING MOBILE PHONE TO TAKE WITH YOU DURING YOUR ADVENTURE.

IF YOU PARK IN THE PUB CAR PARK, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ENTER YOUR VEHICLE REGISTRATION INSIDE THE PUB UPON ARRIVAL!

2. Under 18's to be accompanied by an adult

2. Drinks/refreshments for the trip
3. Sunscreen/hat/sunglasses
4. Towel
5. Camera/phone
