1 hour self-guided Katakanu paddle

Disgrifiad

We’re excited to offer you the chance to hire one of our spacious 6-seat Katakanus, perfect for exploring the unspoiled beauty of the River Avon, where adventure meets wellbeing. Departing from our site at The Boathouse, Newbridge Road, Bath, this 1 hour self-guided adventure is available from just £15 per person, with paddles and buoyancy aids included.

Important Details:

  1. A minimum of 2 adults is required to operate a Katakanu.
  2. Previous paddling experience is not essential.
  3. Safety guidance is provided, with river rules clearly displayed on-site and a staff member offering a full briefing before your journey begins.

Your Safety Is Our Priority:

  1. Buoyancy aids are provided and must be worn at all times while on the water.
  2. Always paddle on the right-hand side of the river and respect other users at all times.

Exclusive Perks:

As with all our activities, your booking includes a 15% discount on food and drink at The Boathouse pub, making your outing even more rewarding.

Essential Items to Bring:

  1. A fully functioning mobile phone is required during your trip for safety purposes. We strongly recommend storing it in a waterproof pouch while on the water.

Gather your friends, family, or colleagues and set off on a memorable journey through the serene waterways of the River Avon. Adventure awaits!

I rented a kayak here and both Byron and Leigh were incredibly kind and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a lovely day on the water. I will definitely be coming back!
