Paddleboarding Coniston

Our most popular paddle boarding destination, this session departs from the Coniston Boating centre. This makes it the perfect location for anyone staying in our nearby to Coniston Village.

Coniston is famous for many things, most notably for the world record holding David Campbell, who broke the water speed record on Coniston water in his craft 'Bluebird', which is now on display in the museum in Coniston.

Our instructor will provide you with all the gear you need. After a little on shore instruction you will take to the water. Your instructor will make sure you are safe, happy and will share their wealth of knowledge with you. Depending on the group, you may journey, practice skills and play games.

Suitable for: Age 7+ (depending on weather conditions, children may have to share a board with an adult)

Fitness Level: Low to Moderate

On the rare occasion that the Coniston boating centre is at full capacity, the location will change to an alternative start point. This will usually be no more than 5 minutes drive from Coniston village.
