Paddling adventure session for women in kayaks. This is kayaking session for on the River Stort. Enjoy a paddling session on the river with a group of friends. Session is supported our male coaches.

Gofynion

There will be some getting out and carrying of equipment to the river from our storage area.

We also need some fitness for getting in and out of boats at locks, as well as carrying round them on extended journeys.

We can paddle eityher to Sawbridgeworth or to Spellbrook Locks depending on the group paddling on the day- Sawbridgeworth offers the opportunity of a Cafe mid point in the paddle for breakfast or lunch. Paddlers are welcome to paddle independently in between Sawbridgeworth and Spellbrook locks.
