Vouchers can be used ONLY for activities bookable online through our website at Llandegfedd Lake. Please note this voucher will NOT be redeemable in the Cafe. (To purchase Cafe Vouchers please enquire on site.)

Please note our watersports season runs from 1st March - 31st October each year. Our land activities are available year round, but are subject to weather conditions.

Vouchers are valid for 2 years and are not able to be extended. Bookings must be made before the voucher expires, however the activity can take place after the expiry date.

Our standard cancelation policy applies to any bookings made using a voucher.
