Paddle , drink ,stop, paddle , lunch stop , return paddle ….finish as advised by Ana !!! The kids /significant ones don’t even need to know you’ve spent a day on YOU !! 🤣 Bring your own picnic , dress accordingly to the weather , venue /route to be decided for each paddle accordingly to weather /tides 🧺
