Join Ana and Hayley for an evening of soundbath , alfresco dining and paddle boarding – the perfect combination to full mindfulness and relaxation 🧘♀️
We will meet up at Honnington Lake in Southborough near Tunbridge Wells. Hayley will invite you to a Floating Soundbath, you will settle onto your SUP into a savasana on calm waters as the sun sets, creating a tranquil atmosphere. As our skilled sound therapist, Hayley begins the session, the harmonious sounds of Crystal bowls, and chimes will envelop you, inducing a meditative state that deeply relaxes the mind and body. The gentle lapping of the water enhances this soothing experience, promoting stress relief and emotional well-being. Many participants find their sleep patterns improve and report a lasting sense of inner peace. The vibrations from the soundbath also stimulate the body's natural healing processes, reducing pain and inflammation, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.
After alfresco dinner , we will launch our boards on the lake, and Ana will go through some key paddle boarding skills. This is a great opportunity for those new to the sport, and it will also serve as a useful ‘refresher’ for those who perhaps haven’t been out of the water for a while.

A little intro of our new Soundbath guru :
Hayley has been musical from a young age and developed a deep appreciation for the therapeutic effects of sound on the mind and body.
Her spiritual practise and interest in cymatics (the effect of sound vibration on matter) led her to discover the world of sound healing, and after feeling significant benefits herself from, she felt called to become a certified practitioner in order to support others on their own well-being journeys as well.
Hayley hosts a variety of solo and collaborative events, using a wide range of instruments including the Tibetan bowls, chimes, crystal singing bowls, gong, drums and more, that takes people on not just an acoustic journey but an inward journey well; one that provides an opportunity for self-healing, improved health and a greater sense of inner peace.Love Ana & Hayley
