Join our running for fitness group as we take a steady and progressive pathway to achieving your potential as a runner. We will help build you up to get the best from yourself, in a fun, friendly and inclusive way. You will achieve all this whilst seeing some of Swansea’s beauty spots, making running friends and learning the top tips, training strategies and confidence building to get the most out of your fitness and running.
