This is ideal for SUP paddlers who are keen to explore the Scotlands beautiful rivers safely. The day will look at planning a river trip, safe paddling on the river and the skills we need to paddling in the dynamic river envirnment.
We recommend you have paddled on flat water at least two or three times, if you want to join us but need a little more practice check out our other sessions when we can get you out.
The course is delivered by Lyle Smith, a coach and leader in white water environments in all craft who delivers leader training and assessments in white water and a National Trainer for White Water Safety and Rescue.

Great time paddleboarding (first experience) Our instructor was patient and throughout our session he always made sure that everyone was comfortable and was all okay. Highly recommend Granite Adventures 😃
