Indoor Wave - Body & Knee Boarding Surf

Minimum Height - 107cm

Participants taking part in this activity must be 6 years old or over.

For the purposes of making your booking, we class an adult as 18 years old and over.

Experience the thrill and excitement of surfing without having to leave Cardiff!

Our indoor wave machine at Cardiff International White Water offers a unique chance to learn how to surf and bodyboard in a safe, controlled environment.

Feel the rush of riding waves with our Flowrider indoor wave simulator that creates an endless sheet of smooth water - perfect for beginners as well as experienced riders looking for some extra time on the board.

With our experienced coaches guiding you every step of the way, this 90 minute session will have you feeling like a pro in no time!

The session time includes kitting up, and safety briefing (average ride time 60 minutes).

Availability on our calendar is live, so if a particular date/time is not showing as bookable, this is because the session is already full or we do not operate this activity on the day you are looking for.

We supply wetsuits, and all the equipment as part of the activity price.

Please note: for safety reasons no eyewear (glasses or goggles) can be worn while riding the wave. Please also remove any loose items that could come off and get into the machine; for example: jewellery, watches, hair clips or pins, hats, straps, necklaces, or any accessory that might detach.
