Introduction to White Water SUP Workshop

• Practise flat-water techniques to use throughout the day
• Work out the best lines for navigating the rapids
• Take on suitable challenges as the day progresses

This session is a great Introduction to White Water Paddleboarding, we will teach you the skills you need to be able to navigate the rapids.

The session will start off on the flat water learning techniques that will be useful throughout the day.

Once we hit the course we will have a few runs down so you can figure out the lines and how to best navigate the course.

As the day continues we will look to add suitable challenges to keep you on your toes.

Participants need to be confident swimmers & able to stand up on the board comfortably.

Participants on this activity must be 18 years old or over.

**A minimum of 02 people is required for this workshop to run. CIWW reserves the right to cancel the workshop at short notice if minimum numbers are not met**

CIWW Provides all other specialist equipment required to take part in this activity - e.g wetsuits, wetsuit boots and buoyancy aids.

Approximately 6 hours, including a lunchbreak (catering not provided). Kitting up & de-kitting is included in that time
