If you've a swim challenge in mind, or would just like to complete the 1km loop a bit quicker (heck, or for the first time), this session is here to support your open water swim training.
If you currently swim 1.5-2km an hour this is the pace I'm aiming for with the group, and will cover around 1500m of swimming, allowing time for stopping for some technique pointers.
