Ullswater Paddleboarding

Absolutely amazing day! We booked for Kayaking and it was phenomenal. All equipment and facilities are provided. Our guide Neil was amazing and we had the best day. We also used the swimming platform/facilities which were also amazing.

Fantastic introduction lesson to paddle boarding for the family. Joe was a great instructor who gave the whole group confidence to try the techniques he taught us. He was brilliant in showing the kids (10 and 12) what to do. The changing facilities and equipment were great too. We all loved it and can’t wait to come back.

Excellent water activity centre at the north end of Ullswater. Fabulous lication right on the lake with plenty of parking in the grounds of nearby amazing hotel. Friendly, helpful staff and tons of hear available to hire. We took a paddle board lesson which was excellent , and hired boards another day.

Had my first paddleboarding session with Richie and couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. He explained the techniques clearly and created a calm, welcoming atmosphere before we hit the water. The lake was breathtaking, an unforgettable experience.
