Backchannels coaching - Saturday session

For this session your coach should have identified you as being capable of starting to paddle on the Back Channels.

This session is designed for those new to moving water paddling or those wanting to improve their skills on the Back Channels. You will be placed into an appropriate skill group on the day.

You must be a full (not temporary) club member to book this session.

The first hour and a half will be on the WW course with 30 minutes on the flat to reflect, practice or practice rolling.

You must be confident capsizing with a spray deck on and able to confidently control your craft on the flat.

Please keep an eye on river levels on the Colwick gauge
