Private lesson (Holywell Bay)

This is a 2 hour private lesson.

A private lesson is the best way to improve your surfing.

Depending on your level the lesson will be adapted to you

1. You must be fit and able to take part in a surfing lesson. Any medical conditions that might endanger you or any participants are listed below, e.g. heart conditions, asthma, epilepsy, allergies etc. Must be declared.

1. You can swim 50 meters or over, unaided in open water.

1. a towel
2. sun cream
3. swim wear

We ask that you turn up 30 minuets before the session so we can get you fitted with a wetsuit.

Then you will head down to Holywell Bay beach where the lesson will take place. During the lesson you will be given a safety briefing and go through techniques on land for around 15-20 minutes. Then you will head out onto the water to give what you have just learnt a go, whilst getting further tuition from your instructor in the water.
