Cancellations by us:

All of our outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions.

In the event of extreme weather (e.g., strong winds, snow, ice, storms), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule games.

We will contact you at least 24 hours prior to you activity to cancel your session due to extreme weather.

If we are unable to reschedule your booking you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel you booking you are subject to the below cancellation terms.

Cancellation before 30 days of activity day - Full refund
Cancellation 29 - 15 days before activity day - 50% refund
Cancellation 14 - 1 day before activity - no refund
No refunds will be issued for "no-shows" or cancellations on the day of the event.

Rescheduling:

Bookings can be rescheduled to an alternative date up to 14 days before your activity session.
Bookings within 14 days cannot be altered.
