Surf Fit Pilates in Newquay, Cornwall. Build your strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. Mobilise your body, align your spine, ironing out any kinks so you can move smooth.
Surf Fit is all about your physical longevity. Keeping you doing the things you love for as long possible as you get older. Surf Fit is Pilates based, incorporating the latest physiological and kinaesthetic techniques to strengthen your core and peripheral muscle groups. A low impact, high intensity exercise system, coupled with mobility drills to keep you limber and supple.


Pilates is for everyone, complimenting the things that you do for fun, from surfing, running, rugby, or golf. Doing regular Pilates sessions will help you to gain useful, functional strength, and improved coordination. As a result you will increase your balance and flexibility, and decrease your chances of injury and back pain. You’ll gain greater awareness of your body and posture, toning your muscles to keep you moving and grooving for longer.
