When you book one of our SUP lessons we can guarantee you a great experience. We are a Water Sports Academy approved school and all of our lessons run from South Beach in Tenby. This really is a stunning location and one of Pembrokeshire's best Blue Flag beaches.

We offer SUP lessons and hire for individuals, families, groups of friends and work colleagues. You can come for as many lessons as you want or just hire a board and go find your own adventure. We do recommend you have a lesson before you hire unless you have had experience. All our instructors are WSA approved and first aid trained.
