I just want to say how amazing Jake's customer service has been
Originally ordered an electric skateboard, I will not mention brand name as the brand make very high quality boards and do not want to drag them down due to a very rare issue, I contacted Jake as the finance agreement had gotten stuck, Jake let me know that a double order has been created and was getting it fixed, he also let me know there was an issue with my board and would ship me out a board from the newest batch, Jake could have sent out the board straight away with the issue but he chose to put the customer first

He informed me that the newest batch also had the same issues and offered to upgrade me to a newer one that was still on pre-order at no extra cost, Jake did not have to do this, he could have stuck to the original board but he went beyond what is expected to deliver even better customer service

It is clear SkyMonster check their boards before shipment and put the customer first, this company is amazing and you are sure to receive a quality product that's been checked before shipping

From letting me know there was an issue to upgrading me to a better board which was still on pre-order at the time for the same price to the speedy shipment from SkyMonster to Swansea in less than 24 hours ( Wednesday to Thursday last week )

As a novice paddle boarder with 1 group session with another provider under my belt, Jake took me to a new level in a 1 to 1 session. His guidance had me standing and paddling in a few minutes albeit still shaky but as I relaxed on the board I felt much more comfortable. His explanations of what I was doing wrong were simply explained enabling me adjust accordingly. I really cannot express fully just how valuable I found this session with Jake  and can’t wait to practise on my own before booking a more  advanced session in a few weeks. I only write reviews when I experience something exceptional - this was exceptional and I totally recommend Jake and his team if you are considering lessons.

I had my first kitesurfing lesson with Jake from Skymonsters. During every time of the course I felt totally safe and everything was explained to me perfectly so that I was able to gain the kite control quickly. Compared to other kitesurfing schools I really had a high quality experience with Skymonsters. Thank you again. We will meet us at the beach 🥳

I was looking for some advice on my new kite gear. Independent reviews are hard to find, opinions are...only opinions. I asked a question on FB group and Jake (Skymonster) responded with helpful advice, huge knowledge, eagerness to help and great enthusiasm. When you add to that a very sound price for the gear we agreed upon, I just could not resist to place the order. Communication was excellent. Shipment fast. The whole buying experience is just perfect. You hope for such a high standard when buying anything online. I am absolutely satisfied and recommend Skymonster to everybody. I hope to keep coming back to them for more gear in the future.
