Long Line Surf School

As a birthday/end of summer treat my kids took a kids surf lesson with Long Line. They had a great time! It was fun and engaging for both the 11 and 8 year old and they both said they would do it again, which is a sure sign they enjoyed it. Their feedback was they enjoyed learning to body surf as much as learning to stand up on a board.

My son looks forward to his lessons it's the absolute highlight of his year. He loves it. It really heartening as a parent when you arrive at an activity and your child is greeted by their first name even though it may have been a year since the were last there. Dan, Eunan and Mairead have always provided an engaging experience for the kids , coupled with the highest degree of safety and there's always smiles from at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend to anyone but surfing and kayaking up at Swanns Bridge.

Purchased a full week of lessons for my daughter for her 10th birthday. She has had the BEST time learning to surf. The instructors have been just brill keeping all the kids engaged regardless of their ability and confidence. I have no doubt we will be back for more. Thanks Dan and crew, what a blast this week has been 🤙🏻

Fantastic, fun, safe and a brilliant antidote to summer screen time. Highly recommend. Eunan, Dan and the team have been a positive and fun part of my kids’ summers, birthdays and beach life for several years now. Great local asset and an equally great part of any visitor’s experience.

Visited here about 4 years ago for surf lessons myself and recently treated a friend from Belfast to stand up paddle boarding lessons and she absolutely loved it! This is a fantastic business, they give 110% and are so passionate about everything they deliver, you can tell they want every customer to have a great time. Would recommend anyone visiting or even from the North Coast as I am to give this place a visit. It's just something you need to experience and be proud as I am to have such a great local business to showcase this area of outstanding natural beauty. Great for an alternative present or to mark a big occasion with a lovely memory, such good value, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed!
