Chigborough Farm & Fishery
A rural Oasis on the outskirts of Maldon on the North side of the River Blackwater Estuary. A 60 acre complex of mature mixed lakes. 3 Trout lakes for fly fishing and 3 Day ticket Carp and Coarse lakes. The fishery opened in 1981 and is currently number 38/100 on the best Still-waters in the UK. Just 45 mins from London. Chigborough also has a campsite, restaurant, tea rooms and farm shop, yoga studio, pottery painting and glamping units onsite.

This is a beautiful complex acres off land that the owners let u walk around there are the cleanist toilets and a ranch u are free to lazes inn , absolutely love this place it has a record breaking cat fish loads off ...

Very friendly staff and fishermen, only caught bream, tench and 2 smallish carp but saw some nice carp come out of other swims

Loved staying here, my son and his friend made the most of the facilities, playing in the maze, the play area, we did some rowing, they played pool and ping pong in the games room. Birdsong was wonderful- really good ...

Great place. Took my son Trout fishing. Sadly we didn't catch anything. It was give quiet, the few people we saw were friendly. Loads of lakes
