Situated opposite the Quay at Burnham Overy Staithe, between Brancaster and Wells-next-the Sea, the Boathouse is right on the edge of the River Burn - a perfect spot for exploring the hidden creeks and waterways of Burnham Overy Marsh and visiting the beautiful sandy beaches of Scolt Head Island. Our robust single and double Ocean Kayaks are the perfect way to get out on the water to the access the quieter areas of this site of special scientific interest to view the wildlife, to birdwatch or simply to relax and unwind.

This place us absolutely awesome its one of our favorite places. Lots of little boats all waiting for the tide to come in. The Hero restaurant is great for food. Wonderful harbour for paddleboarding and Kayaking.
