WORLD SUP DAY - Intro to Paddleboarding

Join us for a fun and friendly 90-minute introduction to stand up paddleboarding.

Whether you've never stepped on a board before or are looking to build confidence on the water, this session is the perfect way to discover one of the world's fastest-growing watersports.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through the basics, including paddle techniques, balance, turning, and water safety, before heading out to enjoy time on the water. Expect plenty of laughs, a great sense of achievement, and a fantastic way to celebrate World SUP Day.

Before travelling to site we ask that you follow the current government advice and do not travel if you have any of the following symptoms:

1. A high temperature: this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature).
2. A new, continuous cough: this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual).
3. A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste: this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.

To ensure the safety of our customers and staff we ask you to sign a health declaration confirming you are free of symptoms.

We have changing facilities with warm showers and toilets. Lockers are available with a refundable £1.00.

As part of your hire, you will be provided with a buoyancy aid and a wetsuit. We recommend you bring with you:

1. Swimsuit for under your wetsuit.
2. Change of clothes.
3. Towel.
4. Sun cream.
5. Bottle of water.

Please Note: Water shoes are compulsory and must be worn at all times.
