Pricing starts from £40.00 for a decorated party room, which will give you a private space close to the playpark for your party to enjoy. If activities and food are more your style, simply use the "Add-On" feature to customise your experience and create your own bespoke party!

Choose and pre-order on the morning of your arrival from the following delicious youth friendly food options:

1. Sausage, Chicken Goujons or Fish Fingers all served with Chips and Peas or Beans.

1. Gluten Free, Vegan and Vegetarian options available, please speak to a member of staff on the day.

1. Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 6 years old (8+ for Water Activities)
2. Maximum Age: Participants must not exceed 18 years old.

1. Simply add the number of people you want to attend (16 Max).
2. Add the activities or food options for your booking.
3. Pay to confirm your booking and fill out the organiser's declaimer form.

Accessibility Information:

We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all visitors! Our visitor centre is fully accessible, featuring a layout that's designed for ease of movement, including plenty of space for wheelchair users.

While many of our walks offer natural beauty and are suitable for various mobility needs, please note that some paths consist of gravel and uneven terrain, which may present challenges for wheelchair access. Additionally, certain trails include some steep inclines, adding to the adventure!

We also offer conveniently located disability access parking bays right by the visitor centre, making it easy for you to start your journey with us.

We encourage all visitors, regardless of ability, to explore our site and participate in our activities. We have changing facilities with warm showers and toilets. Lockers are available with a refundable £1.00.

As part of your activity, we will provide all necessary equipment. We recommend bringing the following items with you:

1. Swimsuit for under your wetsuit (if undertaking water activities).
2. Change of clothes (if undertaking water activities).
3. Towel (if undertaking water activities).
4. Sun cream.
5. Bottle of water.
6. Closed toe footwear.
7. Any medication required.

Please Note: Closed toe shoes are compulsory for water activities and must be worn at all times. Crocs and sliders are not deemed suitable.

1. 10:00: Arrive at Llys y Fran Visitor Centre, meet your instructors and choose your meal option.
2. 10:30-12:00: Activity time.
3. 12:30: Lunch in your own private room.
4. 14:30: Finish.
